Product information MACO glazing plate 300x400mm

Product type (b&w/color):	universal
Paper size (cm):	30,5x40,6cm

Glazing plate 300 x 400 mm made of polished stainless steel for drying glossy papers with the MACO ecomat or other dry presses. Application The washed photo paper must first be treated with a special wetting agent. The emulsion side of the photo paper is then applied to the stainless steel plate with gentle pressure. It is important to ensure that there is a film of water present between the photographic emulsion and the stainless steel plate. The ecomat should be preheated until the thermostat comes on and then set to 75°C. This ensures that you attain the working temperature which acts on the photo emulsion, about 60°C. The drying time depends on the nature of the photographic material and must be determined by trial and error. If the way you normally work differs from these parameters we advise you to adapt your method to our instructions, even if this is a significant change to the way you normally work.
