Washi Inkjet Photo Paper is produced in traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Only natural fibers and raw materials form the recipe of this unique paper. These papers are very special, because it has succeeded to combine old world craftsmanship and modern inkjet printing processes together. Although each leaf is unique, processing in inkjet printers is no problem. Washi paper are dust reduced thanks to their special characteristics and does not affect your printer and print results caused by particulate matter.

BASYOASAGAMI is an extremely fine and thin paper with light beige tone. Despite its small paper thickness (200g/sqm) it is easy to process in the printer and displays an astonishing tenacity. The paper surface is on the one side highly smooth on the other side of cloudy rough structure. Images on the rough structure receive an additional depth. Basioasagami can only be edited on the rough structured side in inkjet printers. The extremely smooth back, in combination with the low - grammage paper, provides space for artistic - because translucent - labeling or even painting. Basioasagami is a highly absorbent paper, so that the running "blotter" effect in watercolor ink-marking arises. Inkjet ink does not have this effect, thereby a deliberately used artwork disharmony can be created.
