This is a completely new development. This innovative developer is characterised by a revolutionary improvement in fine grain combined with maximum sharpness. This was possible due to the implementation of an extremely high detail contrast, which was previously not considered possible in this form for a fine grain developer. The quality of normal black and white films is therefore raised to a previously unattainable level with this developer. It is also very interesting that the quality improvement achieved with SPUR Omega X is much more significant with the cheaper conventional emulsions than with the expensive TCrystal emulsions. Therefore, a levelling of quality occurs here, which means that with quality that was previously only possible with T-crystal films.
