The JOBO alpha is a universal developer that allows full utilisation of the film speed and still excels in fine grain and great sharpness. The JOBO Neutral Fixer is based on sodium thiosulphate and is therefore pH-neutral. By combining the JOBO Alpha Developer with the JOBO Alpha Neutral Fixer, the entire process takes place completely in an alkaline to pH-neutral environment. In addition, a short soak replaces the usual acidic stop bath. The whole process is particularly gentle on the film emulsion and saves chemicals, water and time, while ensuring high long-term stability. Over-fixing is practically impossible with the JOBO Alpha Neutral Fixer. The fixer is odourless and free of harmful emissions.
