The Fotospeed Salt Printing Kit is a complete processing kit to create salt prints. The salt printing process was developed by Mr. William Henry Fox Talbot around 1833. The negative is placed as a contact print on the coated side of the printing paper and exposed with UV light. The kit contains: 5 sheets of Fabriano paper 5 HP 8 x 10 inch; 5 sheets of digital contact film 8 x 10 inch; 1 syringe 2 ml; 1 salt 250 ml; 1 silver 250 ml; 1 fixer 250 ml; 1 brush; protective gloves; comprehensive instructions (English). Ammonia is needed to activate the silver. This is not included in the kit, but can be purchased at most pharmacies.
